How do I place an order?

You must be 18 years old or over and provide a valid UK residential address. You can order online via our website. All items left in your shopping bag are saved but not reserved and will remain in your shopping bag for 24hours. When you are finished shopping click on your ‘Shopping Bag’ to view the price and expected delivery date. When you are happy, proceed to the checkout to review your parcel and payment preferences. We will send you a confirmation of your order via email, and another when your order is ready to be dispatched.

How can I pay for my order?

We are using PayPal payment system. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confrimation message, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you. Once our team have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. If an email does not seem to appear to have be received, please check your spam folder.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

To make sure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed we cannot stop the process of items being sent to you, you will need to return the items to us.

How do I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once your’ve placed your order, our team will have already started processing your order.

I am missing an item from my order. What do I do?

We might have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your items have been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything. If an item is missing then please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
